About The Position

As a To Go Specialist/Cashier, you will share menu knowledge with guests so they can enjoy a great experience at home or in the office. The role calls for punctuality, supporting fellow team members, and completing side duties such as bussing tables, cleaning workstations, expediting orders, and running food. Team members learn about their role and the brand through an online training program; training is provided.

Requirements

• Reading, writing, basic math, and effective communication skills.
• English-language and professional communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Problem-solving ability; self-motivation and organization.
• Commitment to quality service and food and beverage knowledge.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities, work calmly under pressure, and exercise good judgment.
• Ability to use tablets, point-of-sale equipment, and telephones with a high degree of detail and accuracy.
• Maintain a friendly attitude regardless of how busy the position becomes.

Nice To Haves

• High school graduation or equivalent preferred.
• Previous server or restaurant experience preferred.
