About The Position

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant sewing experience in a factory or manufacturing setting.
  • Experience in the operation of single needle, double needle, and bar tack machines.
  • Ability to read and understand orders with pictures and or written instructions.
  • Must work overtime when required.
  • Must be willing to receive cross training with the goal of performing multiple tasks.
  • Must be able to lift 10 LBS.

  • Requires 10 hours/day of standing.
  • Ability to lift/push/pull 10-25lbs.

Nice To Haves

  • Formal sewing education may be substituted for work experience.
  • Previous experience as a team lead in a production/manufacturing environment.
  • Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office - Excel, Teams, Outlook.
