Requirements

• Previous sewing, industrial sewing, or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, patterns, and measurements
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workmanship quality
• Ability to work independently while meeting production goals
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow

Responsibilities

• Operate industrial sewing machines to assemble and finish products according to specifications
• Inspect materials and completed products to ensure quality and accuracy
• Follow patterns, measurements, and work instructions to produce high-quality work
• Perform routine machine threading, cleaning, and minor adjustments
• Maintain production records and communicate any quality or production concerns
• Support a safe, organized, and efficient work environment
