About The Position

J. Blanton Plumbing is seeking experienced sales professionals, particularly those with a background in garage sales, garage door consulting, or in-home sales, to transition into a high-ticket sewer sales role. This is a year-round opportunity with provided leads and comprehensive training. The ideal candidate will have experience meeting with homeowners, inspecting properties, presenting solutions, and closing residential projects. No prior sewer experience is necessary, as full training will be provided. This role offers uncapped earning potential within a fast-growing company with opportunities for advancement and strong support from operations and production teams.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of garage door, home service, or in-home residential sales experience
  • Experience conducting in-home consultations and closing high-ticket projects
  • Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills
  • Customer-focused and relationship-driven approach
  • Valid driver's license
  • Motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented

Responsibilities

  • Meet homeowners during scheduled in-home appointments
