About The Position

J. Blanton Plumbing is rapidly growing and looking for experienced Gutter Sales Representatives and In-Home Sales Professionals who are ready to transition into a year-round, high-ticket sales opportunity. If you have experience meeting with homeowners, inspecting properties, presenting solutions, and closing residential gutter projects, we'll train you to become a successful Sewer Sales Consultant. No sewer experience is required.

Requirements

• 2+ years of gutter, exterior home improvement, or in-home residential sales experience
• Experience conducting in-home consultations and closing high-ticket projects
• Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills
• Customer-focused and relationship-driven approach
• Valid driver's license
• Motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented
• No sewer experience required — we provide the training needed to help experienced sales professionals transition successfully into sewer sales.

Responsibilities

• Meet homeowners during scheduled in-home appointments
• Assess customer needs and recommend sewer repair and replacement solutions
• Present options and financing solutions
• Build trust and guide customers through the buying process
• Close high-ticket residential projects
• Work closely with operations teams to ensure smooth project execution
