About The Position

J. Blanton Plumbing is seeking experienced Pest Control Sales Representatives, Inspectors, and In-Home Sales Professionals to transition into a year-round, high-ticket sales opportunity as Sewer Sales Consultants. We provide full training, so no prior sewer experience is necessary. This role involves meeting homeowners, assessing their needs for sewer repair and replacement, presenting solutions and financing, building trust, closing high-ticket residential projects, and collaborating with operations teams.

Requirements

• 2+ years of pest control sales, home services sales, or in-home residential sales experience
• Experience presenting solutions directly to homeowners
• Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills
• Customer-focused and relationship-driven approach
• Valid driver's license
• Motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented
