About The Position

J. Blanton Plumbing is seeking experienced Foundation Repair Sales Consultants, Structural Repair Sales Representatives, and In-Home Sales Professionals to transition into a year-round, high-ticket sewer sales opportunity. We provide comprehensive training for successful candidates, so no prior sewer experience is necessary. This role involves meeting with homeowners, assessing their needs, presenting sewer repair and replacement solutions, offering financing options, and closing high-ticket residential projects. You will work closely with operations teams to ensure smooth project execution. Requirements

• 2+ years of foundation repair, structural repair, waterproofing, or in-home residential sales experience
• Experience conducting in-home consultations and closing high-ticket projects
• Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills
• Customer-focused and relationship-driven approach
• Valid driver's license
• Motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented
