About The Position

They are seeking a Sewer and Drain Cleaning Specialist for their Far Rockaway location to contribute to the culture and growth of the organization.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience with plumbing repairs service including drain cleaning, snaking, water jetting, camera work and backflow testing, electrical repairs, and general maintenance
• Positive CAN-DO attitude
• Extensive knowledge of plumbing and with sewage back ups
• Must be willing to work outside in all weather conditions
• Must be able to perform various tasks that require physical labor
• Know how to use power tools
• Must have valid driver's license
• Experience driving large vehicles
• Basic knowledge of electric
• Must be computer literate

• Spanish speaking
• Backflow Certification

Responsibilities

• Snake and clear a sewer line with a Jetting machine
• Perform plumbing repairs service including drain cleaning, snaking, water jetting, camera work and backflow testing
• Perform electrical repairs
• Perform general maintenance
• Handle any labor required with pipe work in ditches
• Digging, spreading and shoveling dirt and gravel using pick and/or shovel
• Work outside in all weather conditions
• Work as part of a team
• Work independently
• Perform various tasks that require physical labor
• Cut pipes to required length
• Use power tools
• Clean tools, materials and work areas
• Be on-call 24/7
