As a Drain Cleaning Technician at Aelott, you will be responsible for diagnosing, clearing, and maintaining residential and commercial drainage systems. This role requires hands-on problem-solving, technical skill, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Previous experience in drain cleaning, plumbing, or a related field preferred
Ability to operate drain cleaning equipment safely and effectively
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Good communication and customer service abilities
Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

Diagnose and clear clogged drains using augers, drain snakes, and hydro-jetting equipment
Perform video inspections of sewer and drain lines to identify issues
Identify causes of blockages such as grease buildup, debris, or tree root intrusion
Perform routine maintenance to prevent future drainage problems
Repair or recommend replacement of damaged pipes as needed
Communicate clearly with customers about issues and solutions
Maintain tools, equipment, and service vehicles in proper working condition
Follow all safety protocols and local plumbing codes
