About The Position

Bumble Bee Plumbing is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sewer & Drain Manager to lead their growing sewer and drain division. This role requires a proven leader with strong sales experience in sewer and drain services who can motivate a team, ensure top-tier service, and uphold the company's reputation for excellence. The manager will be a hands-on expert responsible for leading, training, and mentoring the team, driving sales and KPIs, managing scheduling, overseeing diagnostics and repairs, ensuring compliance with codes and safety standards, managing inventory, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sewer and drain services or a related plumbing role.
  • Proven sales expertise in sewer and drain services, with a track record of hitting and exceeding targets.
  • Leadership experience—you know how to inspire, train, and hold a team accountable.
  • Deep knowledge of sewer and drain systems, troubleshooting, and repair techniques.
  • Familiarity with AZ plumbing codes, OSHA regulations, and best safety practices.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills—you can manage multiple priorities with ease.
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  • Must have Lining experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and mentor the sewer and drain team to achieve operational excellence.
  • Host weekly drain meetings to set goals, track progress, and tackle challenges.
  • Ride along with technicians.
  • Conduct weekly one-on-one coaching sessions with camera and drain technicians to drive performance and skill development.
  • Attend weekly manager meetings.
  • Work closely with dispatch team to ensure right tech right job.
  • Drive sales and KPI’s.
  • Be available for technicians at any time needed.
  • Manage scheduling and coordination of all sewers and drain services to ensure efficiency and top-quality service.
  • Oversee and participate in diagnostics and repairs of sewer and drain systems.
  • Ensure full compliance with AZ plumbing codes, OSHA regulations, and safety standards.
  • Keep inventory stocked with the right tools, equipment, and materials for seamless job execution.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service—from initial inquiry to job completion.
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize operations and business growth.
  • Track key performance metrics, analyze data, and drive continuous improvement.
