Seven Research invites exceptional STEM students to its New York office for an immersive exploration of quantitative research, advanced technology, and modern financial systems. Designed for students early in their exposure to quantitative finance, the program covers mathematical and financial concepts central to quantitative research, electronic trading system fundamentals, and the research, testing, and validation processes behind Seven Research’s systematic approaches. Participants take part in interactive technical sessions, hands-on problem-solving activities, and one-on-one conversations with team leaders. Participation may qualify students for an accelerated process for future internship and full-time roles. The program takes place March 12–13, 2027, at Seven Research in SoHo, New York City. Main sessions are on March 13, with optional activities on the evening of March 12. Travel, meals, and lodging are fully covered. Participants should arrive by the evening of March 12 and depart by the morning of March 14. Activities include talks on quantitative concepts and machine learning applications, demonstrations of research and engineering workflows, collaborative challenges based on real research tasks, conversations with team members, and community-building events. Applicants must be full-time bachelor’s students in computationally rigorous fields, graduating in 2028, 2029, or 2030, with a strong quantitative and/or programming background and an interest in applying technology to analytical, real-world challenges. Applications require a resume, transcript, and written response of up to 300 words. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, and the deadline is December 17, 2026, at 11:59 PM ET. Selected applicants will have a brief, non-technical call with Recruiting; all invitations will be sent by January 31, 2027.
