The Department of Management at the University of Toronto Mississauga (UTM) has an opening for a Sessional Lecturer for the MGT260 Managing Human Potential course for the Fall 2026 academic term. This position is posted in accordance with the CUPE 3902, Unit 3 Collective Agreement. The course focuses on human resource management from a manager/practitioner perspective, covering current theory and practices in major HR functions, and utilizing class exercises and projects for practical experience. The appointment period runs from September 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026. The minimum stipend rate for a Sessional Lecturer I is $9,997.47 (0.5 FCE), inclusive of vacation pay, subject to collective agreement rates. Minimum TA support is estimated at 0.75 hours per enrolled student. Preference will be given to qualified individuals advanced to the rank of Sessional Lecturer II or III.
