This position is for a Sessional Lecturer to teach MAT134H5S LEC103, Integral Calculus for Life Sciences. The course covers antiderivatives, indefinite and definite integrals, integration techniques and applications, infinite sequences, series, convergence tests, power series, and Taylor/Maclaurin series, with an emphasis on life science applications. The estimated course enrollment is 140 students. The appointment is for the Winter 2027 term, from January 1, 2027, to April 30, 2027. The salary will be based on CUPE minimum salary rates for a full course (FCE), with specific rates provided for Sessional Lecturer I, I Long Term, II, II Long Term, III, and III Long Term. The class schedule is Tuesdays from 17:00 to 19:00 and Thursdays from 16:00 to 17:00. The application deadline is July 31, 2026.
