This position is for a Sessional Lecturer to teach MAT132H5F LEC101 Differential Calculus for Life Sciences at the University of Toronto Mississauga. The course covers review of functions, trigonometry, exponentials, logarithms, limits, continuity, derivatives, differentiation techniques, and applications of differentiation, with an emphasis on life science applications. The estimated course enrollment is 140 students. The appointment is for the Fall 2026 term, from September 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026. The salary will be based on CUPE minimum salary rates for a full course, with specific rates provided for Sessional Lecturer I, I Long Term, II, II Long Term, III, and III Long Term. The collective agreement rates will prevail if they differ from the posting. The class schedule is Monday 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM and Thursday 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM. The application deadline is July 31, 2026.
