About The Position

The Department of Curriculum Studies, College of Education invites applications for a Sessional Lecturer to teach the following courses during the 2026-2027 Regular Session. The course ECUR 200 (86) ITEP Curriculum and Instruction will be offered in Term One (January to April) with CRN 90576. This course will be delivered as a lecture on Wednesdays from 10:00 am to 12:50 pm, with an expected enrollment limit of 40 students. The location for this position is Saskatoon, SK.

Requirements

  • A M.Ed. degree (or equivalent graduate degree) and relevant teaching or professional experience, or significant progress on a M.Ed. degree or equivalent.
  • Knowledge and understanding of First Nations, Metis, and Inuit culture.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the socio-economic and pedagogical factors associated with teaching this body of students.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience teaching in community ITEP courses.

Responsibilities

  • Teach ECUR 200 (86) ITEP Curriculum and Instruction during Term One (January to April) of the 2026-2027 Regular Session.
