About The Position

The Department of Community Health and Epidemiology, College of Medicine invites applications for a Sessional Lecturer to teach the following course during the 2026 Fall Term. This course will be offered as a Lecture with an expected enrollment limit of 20. Appointment periods include additional days in recognition of preparation and marking time required.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a PhD degree in Epidemiology or Community and Population Health Sciences.
  • Teaching/teaching assistant experience.
  • Knowledge of and experience with quantitative data analysis (e.g. modeling).
  • Ability to communicate epidemiologic concepts and principles.

Responsibilities

  • Teach the course CHEP 800.3 (01) Introduction to Epidemiology and Biostatistics.
  • Prepare and mark course materials.
