About The Position

Supports bartenders, cocktail staff, and wait staff by maintaining clean areas and providing the assistance needed for fast, friendly, accommodating service. The role helps deliver a guest experience combining food, drinks, and games in an environment designed for fun. Duties include keeping bus stands and wait stations clean and stocked; emptying trash and spot-sweeping as needed; completing opening, closing, and party breakdown duties; preparing supplies for shift changes or closing; checking garnishes and following tray procedures; bussing and resetting tables; delivering food; assisting guests by clearing dishes and refilling beverages; helping set up parties; maintaining restrooms and replenishing supplies; cleaning high chairs and booster chairs; and assisting other team members as needed. The position requires working days, nights, and/or weekends as required in a noisy, fast-paced environment. Team members must be able to read and write handwritten notes, lift and carry up to 30 pounds, move throughout the facility, and walk or stand for the entire shift. Requirements

Must be at least 16 years of age.
Must demonstrate the ability to communicate clearly with guests and other team members.
Must be able to work days, nights, and/or weekends as required.
Must be able to work in a noisy, fast-paced environment with distracting conditions.
Must be able to read and write handwritten notes.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
Must be able to move about the facility and walk or stand for 100% of the shift.

Nice To Haves

Restaurant and/or bar experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and stock bus stands and wait stations.
Empty trash and spot-sweep floors when needed or when requested by a manager.
Perform opening and closing duties, including party breakdown.
Restock and prepare supplies for shift changes and closing.
Ensure food is properly garnished before running it to guests.
Follow tray procedures to minimize loss and deliver food promptly and accurately.
Bus and reset tables.
Deliver food to tables and ensure guests have what they need.
Assist guests by clearing dishes and glassware and refilling beverages.
Assist with party setup.
Clean and restock restrooms.
Clean high chairs and booster chairs.
Assist other team members as needed or as business needs dictate.
Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
