About The Position

Potential opportunities may include Strategic Service & Planning Coordinator, Client Service Specialist, or Production Planner roles. Opportunities may become available in either our Midwest or East regions based on business needs. Our Services team plays a critical role in connecting customers, Sales, Production, and Operations to help orders move efficiently from planning through delivery. Depending on the opportunity, you may support customer relationships, production planning, order management, scheduling, inventory, or cross-functional coordination.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in customer service, production planning, scheduling, order management, manufacturing operations, or a similar detail-oriented role.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage changing priorities.
- Clear communication and the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Experience using ERP systems or similar business systems.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in manufacturing, packaging, printing, or a related industry.
- Experience supporting customer orders, production schedules, inventory, or supply chain activities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Experience with process improvement or lean manufacturing principles.
Responsibilities
- Support customer orders, production schedules, and day-to-day operational priorities.
- Enter, review, and maintain accurate order, item, or planning information in an ERP system.
- Partner across Sales, Customer Service, Prepress, Quality, Production, and other teams to keep work moving.
- Monitor timelines, communicate updates, and help resolve issues that could affect customers or production.
- Identify opportunities to improve accuracy, efficiency, and the customer experience.
