Responsibilities
- Coordinate field service jobs from quote approval through completion
- Schedule technicians, manpower, and job timelines
- Communicate with customers regarding schedules, updates, and site requirements
- Manage and update opportunities and job tracking lists
- Review technician travel requirements and approve bookings
- Coordinate equipment transportation and job logistics
- Oversee compliance requirements for upcoming jobs
- Review JSA submissions and ensure completion
- Support operational planning and workload prioritization
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and operational issues
- Ensure job documentation is complete and organized
