Services Coordinator
About The Position
The Services Coordinator is responsible for identifying the human service needs of residents at a Salvation Army Silvercrest housing facility, with particular attention to aging in place. The role identifies residents’ needs and develops service plans, identifies community services, and helps make those services accessible to residents through on-site programs or individual referrals. The coordinator educates residents and staff about service provision and aging-in-place issues, and assists the Manager with matters related to resident independence. Driving may involve a Salvation Army vehicle or a personal vehicle for Salvation Army business. The position is full-time, 32 hours per week, at the Hollywood Silvercrest, a 98-unit community.
Requirements
- Possess a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.

- Bilingual English/Russian skills are preferred.
Responsibilities
