Requirements

  • Knowledge of CMS in areas of properly reporting production and scrap.
  • Attend all safety training and meetings.
  • Visually inspect chops for quality issues/physical damage prior to processing.
  • Cross train in other positions as required.

Nice To Haves

  • Individuals will be assigned primarily to servicer duties, but are in no way limited to that area.
  • Cross training on other equipment will be required in this position so they have a clear understanding of what their team will face daily.

Responsibilities

  • Minimize machine downtime through proper loading/unloading techniques.
  • Properly report production and scrap using CMS.
  • Utilize proper handling techniques to minimize product damage.
  • Attend all safety training and meetings.
  • Maximize use of foam to obtain optimum yield.
  • Notify supervisor or manager of any safety or quality issues.
  • Maintain a safe work environment at all times.
  • Visually inspect chops for quality issues/physical damage prior to processing.
  • Roll buns and stage them as required.
  • Keep the area neat, organized, and clean, following 5S principles.
  • Cross train in other positions as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
