Requirements

  • At least 2 years of ServiceNow development, configuration and integration experience
  • A keen attention to detail to ensure the highest quality output for our clients
  • Client-centric with strong communication and presentation skills
  • Passionate about doing the right thing, no matter how many times it takes

Responsibilities

  • Engage as a vital technical resource on projects with our team to develop and implement solutions for our clients on ServiceNow
  • Help drive or participate in workshops, development, testing and deployment activities with some of ServiceNow’s top enterprise customers
  • Develop a keen understanding of the solutions we implement and our client’s business
  • Be an expert in ServiceNow best practices and stay up to date with the latest platform versions & features
