About The Position

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Tech Lead/Developer with 7 to 8 years of experience in developing, maintaining, and enhancing applications on the ServiceNow ITSM platform. The role involves configuration and customization of the ServiceNow application and Application UI, along with development experience using ServiceNow APIs. The ideal candidate will have experience with multiple ServiceNow platform deployments and upgrades, and a demonstrated ability to maintain required information security controls for the platform. ServiceNow certifications are highly desirable.

Requirements

• 7 to 8 years of experience in Developing, maintaining, and enhancing applications on the ServiceNow ITSM platform
• Experience in configuration/customization of the ServiceNow application and Application UI
• Development experience with the ServiceNow APIs
• Experience with multiple ServiceNow platform deployments and upgrades
• Demonstrated experience and familiarity with maintaining required information security controls for the platform

Nice To Haves

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
• ServiceNow implementations across domains (e.g., ITOM, ITBM)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
