About The Position

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead ServiceNow SPM Developer to lead the implementation, customization, and enhancement of ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ServiceNow SPM modules, platform development, integrations, workflow automation, and project portfolio governance.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of overall IT experience.
  • 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
  • Strong experience implementing and supporting ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
  • Expertise in: Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Resource Management, Agile Development, Strategic Planning, Innovation Management
  • Strong ServiceNow development experience using: JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, Flow Designer, Integration Hub
  • Experience developing REST and SOAP integrations.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, CMDB, and data modeling.
  • Experience with ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM modules.
  • Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with Jira, Azure DevOps, SAP, Salesforce, and Workday.
  • Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting.
  • Knowledge of App Engine Studio and Automation Engine.
  • Experience with ServiceNow AI capabilities, Predictive Intelligence, and GenAI features.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
  • Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, or Healthcare domains.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) solutions.
  • Configure and customize SPM modules including Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Resource Management, Agile Development, and Strategic Planning.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
  • Develop and maintain business rules, client scripts, script includes, workflows, Flow Designer solutions, UI policies, and catalog items.
  • Design and implement integrations with enterprise applications such as Jira, Azure DevOps, SAP, Salesforce, and Workday.
  • Build dashboards, reports, KPIs, and executive-level portfolio management insights.
  • Optimize project lifecycle management, governance processes, capacity planning, and resource allocation.
  • Lead code reviews, technical design sessions, and implementation best practices.
