About The Position

The Solution Architect Lead is a senior ServiceNow architect who advises enterprise clients on how to use AI across HR and IT. The role partners with client leaders from initial discussions through build-ready solution design and establishes architecture standards for consultants and implementation teams. It focuses on shaping valuable solutions, proving feasibility, and preparing implementation teams to build them effectively. The role sets target architecture across solution design, integrations, data, security, environments, and portals, including ServiceNow Employee Center. It also supports business development, leads workshops and reviews, tests design choices with AI engineers, guides implementation, establishes reusable platform standards, mentors architects, and tracks ServiceNow platform developments.
