About The Position

As a lead Solution Architect, you will translate mission needs and future goals into architecture products, design specifications, and mission-aligned requirements. The role calls for deep understanding of systems such as passport adjudication platforms and biometric identity services, including ABIS. As a technical mission leader, you will shape digital solutions and identify growth opportunities aligned with modernization efforts. You will also mentor developers and analysts as they develop toward solutions architecture roles.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience translating mission requirements into technical architectures and leading design for complex implementations.
• At least 3 years of experience supporting the U.S. Department of State’s Consular Affairs, including passport services, visa processing, American Citizen Services, or crisis management operations.
• Knowledge of consular systems or Consular Affairs enterprise platforms.
• Knowledge of data integrations across CCD, TDIS, ACS, financial systems, identity management, and cross-border verification systems.
• Secret clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree.
