Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow solutions that support enterprise IT service management and platform capabilities. Develop and enhance custom applications, workflows, integrations, UI components, business rules, client scripts, and automation within the ServiceNow platform. Partner with technical and business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate needs into technical solutions, and deliver scalable platform improvements. Support ServiceNow platform administration activities including incident resolution, problem analysis, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices, ensure solution quality, and maintain alignment with team and enterprise standards. Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment activities, and ongoing support of ServiceNow releases and enhancements.
