About The Position

Stefanini Group is hiring a skilled professional with strong experience in ServiceNow platform development, administration, and support, along with hands-on expertise in Mitamirri Management Studio. This role involves designing, developing, configuring, and maintaining ServiceNow applications and modules, implementing and supporting workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations. The position also requires managing incidents, requests, changes, and service catalog configurations within ServiceNow. Additionally, the role involves developing and optimizing SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and reports using SQL Server Management Studio, performing data analysis, troubleshooting, and database performance tuning. Support for data migration, transformation, and integration activities between ServiceNow and external systems is also a key responsibility, as is creating dashboards, reports, and KPIs. The developer will collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions, ensuring compliance with ITSM best practices and organizational standards, and participating in system upgrades, patching, testing, and release management activities.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
  • Experience in Mitamirri Management Studio.
  • Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow ITSM modules, workflows, Service Catalog, Flow Designer, and integrations.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server and SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS).
  • Advanced SQL skills including query development, stored procedures, functions, and performance optimization.
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting.
  • Understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
