We are seeking a skilled professional with strong experience in ServiceNow platform development, administration, and support, along with hands-on expertise in Mitamirri Management Studio. Requirements
- 7+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
- Candidate must have experience in Mitamirri Management Studio.
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow ITSM modules, workflows, Service Catalog, Flow Designer, and integrations.
- Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server and SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS).
- Advanced SQL skills including query development, stored procedures, functions, and performance optimization.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations.
- Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting.
- Understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Implement and support ServiceNow workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations.
- Manage incidents, requests, changes, and service catalog configurations within ServiceNow.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and reports using SQL Server Management Studio.
- Perform data analysis, troubleshooting, and database performance tuning.
- Support data migration, transformation, and integration activities between ServiceNow and external systems.
- Create dashboards, reports, and KPIs to support business and operational requirements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
- Ensure compliance with ITSM best practices and organizational standards.
- Participate in system upgrades, patching, testing, and release management activities.
