Deliver innovative solutions that improve operational efficiency through digital transformation and process automation; enhance data-driven decision-making using role-based advanced analytics and business intelligence; support regulatory compliance and adherence to federal human capital management policies; facilitate seamless integration of IT systems and workforce planning tools; optimize service delivery through performance-based outcomes and SLAs. HR Tech Modernization: Integration and automation of HR workflows using enterprise software solutions, including ServiceNow and SAP NS2 SuccessFactors. Consultative expertise in determining the most appropriate data system architecture, such as data warehouses, data lakes, and data lake houses. Technical understanding of migrating data from the current data system architecture to the upgraded data system architecture. Familiarity with FEDRAMP compliant data architecture platform providers such as Databricks and Snowflake is desired.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, engineering, or related field required; relevant ServiceNow and/or SAP certifications preferred.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow, SAP SuccessFactors, or comparable enterprise platforms, preferably in HR or federal support environments.
  • Experience with workflow automation and cross-platform coordination required.
  • Primarily focused on Management and Financial Consulting, Acquisition and Grants Management Support, and Business Program and Project Management Services initiatives and aligned with Program Support activities Human Capital Technology Support - HR Tech Modernization Functional Area Activities.
