Your role will include, but isn’t limited to: Analyze the current business requirement and processes and recommend / develop solutions to meet the client needs Design, configure and document SAP SuccessFactors Talent Acquisitions (SmartRecuiters & Onboarding) modules based on business requirements Assist in developing functional specification for developments Assisting in testing process (developing and maintaining test scripts and scenarios) in order to discover errors and issues in business processes, documentation or user's lack of experience Assisting in application support, system testing and training of end users This position ensures continuity and upholds our standards of excellence following the departure of a valued team member.
Requirements
- Proven experience configuring SAP SuccessFactors Talent Acquisition (SmartRecruiters & Onboarding) modules
- Experience with and knowledge of key integration points between SAP SuccessFactors modules
- Ability to interpret business requirements / problems and provide clear recommendations
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft tools including Excel and Project
- Working with the cloud implementation methodology and project planning (at least 4 full cycle implementations)
- Experience leading teams in SAP SuccessFactors projects for Talent Acquisition (SmartRecruiters & Onboarding) modules
- Experience leading client workshops, and creating of documentation and training materials
