About The Position
Looking to drive end-to-end execution of ITSM capabilities on the ServiceNow platform. This role requires a seasoned leader with proven experience delivering complex ServiceNow ITSM implementations, ensuring alignment to enterprise standards, disciplined execution, and measurable value realization across the portfolio. Responsible for end to end leadership, coordination, and delivery of strategic and initiative based programs and projects across a technical organization. This role blends enterprise delivery leadership, portfolio governance, and lean portfolio management to ensure initiatives achieve targeted business outcomes, remain compliant with enterprise standards, and are delivered on time and within budget.
