About The Position

Bravium Consulting is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Mid Business Analyst to join their team supporting federal government clients. This role acts as a bridge between technical delivery teams and business stakeholders, focusing on the end-to-end user adoption lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be a change agent, translating business challenges into agile user stories, configuring native adoption tools, and delivering comprehensive training programs to ensure broad corporate engagement with ServiceNow applications.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of verifiable experience functioning as a BA or Administrator within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
  • Minimum 2 years operating inside an Agile / Scrum framework utilizing modern management software.
  • Clear capability to breakdown complex technical system structures into relatable, everyday analogies for end-users.
  • Experience with ServiceNow Modules: ITSM, WSD, ITAM, ITOM, Employee Center Pro, SPM, IRM, SecOps.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • Active Public Trust clearance or the ability to obtain one.

  • Micro-Learning Creation using tools like Camtasia or Snagit.

Responsibilities

  • Host stakeholder workshops, perform gap analyses, and build structured user stories with explicit acceptance criteria.
  • Coordinate closely with technical developers, architects, and product owners to groom backlogs and manage sprint scopes.
  • Map out functional adjustments across core modules like ITSM, ITAM and Employee Center Pro.
  • Design UAT test scripts, manage user testing cohorts, and validate feature performance prior to deployment.
  • Build and deliver interactive live trainings, virtual trainings, and standard operational guides.
  • Author, curate, and optimize user-facing resources within the internal ServiceNow Knowledge Base.
  • Produce quick-reference assets, videos, and documentation via tools like Camtasia or Snagit.
  • Draft organizational release notes, system announcements, and process change emails tailored to non-technical business partners.
