About The Position

This role requires extensive experience with the ServiceNow platform in an enterprise-wide, multi-tier production environment. The architect will provide domain, architecture, and technical guidance for projects, participate in requirement gathering, and offer end-to-end oversight for modular implementations and customizations within ServiceNow. The position involves guiding the implementation of various ServiceNow modules and third-party integrations, with a primary focus on MCO, CSM, ITSM, and platform configuration.

Requirements

• 8 to 12 years working with ServiceNow platform in enterprise-wide, multi-tier ServiceNow production environment.
• At least 12 to 14 years of experience in the IT Industry.
• Hands-on experience in implementing in multiple ServiceNow Modules and 3rd party integrations.
• Knowledge of Client and Server APIs i.e. GlideDialogWindow, GlideForm, GlideAggregate, GlideRecord, etc.
• ServiceNow ITSM
• ServiceNow CSM
• ServiceNow MCO Architect
• Architecture

Nice To Haves

• ServiceNow Administration certification
• ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification(various tracks)
• ServiceNow Master Architect Certification(optional)

Responsibilities

• Provide domain, architecture, and the technical aspects of the project.
• Participate in requirement gathering meetings and provide inputs to the developers based on the requirements.
• End to end guidance and review of Modular Implementation & customization in ServiceNow.
• Guidance on Implementation of ServiceNow Modules, primarily MCO, CSM, ITSM and Platform Configuration.
• Validate requirements and highlight discrepancies.
• Design solution and suggest technical best practices.
• Ensure information is accurate and feasible.
