About The Position

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Developer. This role will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and optimization of the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on identity lifecycle management, access governance, and integration with enterprise IAM systems.

Requirements

3-5 years of experience administering ServiceNow in a large enterprise environment.
3+ years of experience implementing or managing identity management solutions within ServiceNow.
Proven experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise applications via REST/SOAP APIs, LDAP, Active Directory, SSO/SAML and cloud identity providers.
Proficiency in JavaScript, REST APIs, and ServiceNow scripting.
Hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and system administration.
Strong understanding of IAM concepts: RBAC, ABAC, SSO, MFA, provisioning/deprovisioning.
Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
Knowledge of ITIL framework and IT service management best practices.
