About The Position

Seamless Migration is seeking a career and customer-oriented ServiceNow Developer to join their team. This role will support the implementation of ServiceNow IRM and CAM capabilities within a Federal cybersecurity environment. The developer will be responsible for designing, configuring, and deploying ServiceNow solutions that support RMF, cybersecurity workflows, and authorization package lifecycle activities. Key tasks include configuring IRM/GRC applications, CAM Workspace, Service Catalog items, workflows, dashboards, reports, and notifications. Additionally, the role involves developing custom applications, tables, automation, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and ACLs. The developer will also support Employee Center portal configuration, data migration, UAT, deployments, and documentation, while participating in Agile/SCRUM activities and providing training and knowledge transfer.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience
  • Experience with ServiceNow IRM, GRC, or CAM implementations
  • Experience configuring workflows, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs, Notifications, and Service Catalog
  • Experience building custom ServiceNow applications and supporting RMF, cybersecurity, compliance, or risk management workflows
  • Experience with Employee Center, Service Portal, or Workspace development
  • Experience with CSV/JSON data imports and transformation maps
  • Strong Agile, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • US Citizenship Required

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting Federal Government customers
  • Familiarity with NIST 800-53, CNSSI 1253, RMF, and eMASS
  • Experience with IRM CAM Workspace customization
  • Experience developing ServiceNow document generation templates
  • ServiceNow CSA or CAD certifications
