About The Position

Develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices. Stay current with ServiceNow products, features, and industry trends to drive innovation. Conduct technical assessments and provide recommendations for improving existing ServiceNow implementations. Perform unit, system, and integration testing. Debug and fix technical problems. Support the development of detailed technical documentation. Provide demonstrations of developed applications to product owners and end users. Participate in platform upgrade activities, including regression testing and reconfiguration. Ensure the security, scalability, and maintainability of ServiceNow solutions.

Requirements

  • Minimum of THREE (3) years of ServiceNow experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "TOP SECRET" security clearance; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of clearance prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE "TOP SECRET" or higher-level clearance are preferred.
  • Selected Candidate must be able to work in a hybrid environment and, based on client needs, may be required to work onsite up to five days per week
  • Experience in ServiceNow Modules such as HRSD, GRC, SPM, and ITSM, as well as with App Engine and Scoped Apps.
  • Experience with scripting (JavaScript, Glide, AngularJS), Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
  • Experience with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies, deliverables, and controls.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and establish rapport with a diverse array of people at all levels.
  • Heightened attention to detail when developing technical solutions.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in an Agile environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business.
  • ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS, CAD).
  • Experience with ServiceNow automated testing framework (ATF).
  • Ability to commute to client or corporate offices within the Washington, DC metropolitan area 2-3 days per week.
  • Experience with web services integration, specifically Mid-Server, SOAP, and REST, preferred.
  • Agile, SCRUM or SAFe certifications.
  • General understanding of financial management aspects (i.e., financial operations, financial innovation, internal control, risk management, etc.), particularly in a federal environment.
