The work: This position requires hands‑on technical expertise across multiple stages of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including architecture, development, integration, problem‑solving, and system optimization. You will apply advanced principles in engineering, IT service management, and automation while delivering high‑quality solutions aligned to ITIL and CSDM best practices. You will also provide functional systems analysis, design recommendations, and technical guidance to support moderately complex technical challenges.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent years of experience
  • Deep technical understanding of ServiceNow capabilities, including platform architecture, development, configuration, and optimization
  • Strong experience in information systems architecture, networking, telecommunications, and automation
  • Knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, VR, SIR, and IRM modules and concepts
  • Expertise in software lifecycle management, risk management, and system integration
  • US Citizen

Responsibilities

  • Designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow workflows, integrations, and portals
  • Analyzing and evaluating system recommendations for improvements, optimization, and maintenance
  • Applying advanced mathematical and engineering methods to solve complex technical problems through automation
  • Leading efforts in system architecture, risk management, and software development methodologies
  • Providing documentation, integration support, and implementation guidance across multiple technical domains
  • Ensuring compliance with ITIL and CSDM best practices to optimize the ServiceNow instance
  • Acting as a subject matter expert for both new and legacy technologies across information systems, networking, telecommunications, and automation
