Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant web technologies.
Experience with various ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or CSM.
Proven track record of successful ServiceNow implementations and integrations.
Experience with ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and data imports.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or other relevant certifications.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
Experience with ServiceNow Orchestration, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
Knowledge of ITIL processes and frameworks.
Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations.

Responsibilities

Develop and integrate solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
Utilize JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies for development.
Implement and manage various ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or CSM.
Ensure successful ServiceNow implementations and integrations.
Configure ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and data imports.
Collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Work within an Agile methodology and DevOps practices.
