Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant web technologies.
  • Experience with various ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or CSM.
  • Proven track record of successful ServiceNow implementations and integrations.
  • Experience with ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and data imports.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or other relevant certifications.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Experience with ServiceNow Orchestration, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and frameworks.
  • Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and integrate solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Utilize JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies for development.
  • Implement and manage various ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or CSM.
  • Ensure successful ServiceNow implementations and integrations.
  • Configure ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and data imports.
  • Collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Work within an Agile methodology and DevOps practices.
