ServiceNow Developer - Legal, Compliance & Corporate Affairs
About The Position
The ServiceNow Developer - Legal, Compliance & Corporate Affairs is responsible for developing, implementing, and supporting ServiceNow solutions for Legal, Ethics & Compliance, Corporate Affairs, and other LCCA functions. The role partners with business stakeholders, technology teams, the enterprise ServiceNow team, and external vendors to deliver scalable solutions that improve business processes, automation, and user experience. Working with a product team, the developer provides end-to-end technical ownership of the platform. This includes developing workflows, integrations, and AI-enabled capabilities; pursuing continuous improvement; and ensuring the reliability, security, and successful delivery of the ServiceNow platform.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience; the posting says this typically reflects 3 years or more of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3 or more years of Information Technology experience.
- 2 or more years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience in a large, complex organization.
- Experience with ServiceNow products such as ITSM, CSM, ITOM, HRSD, or Legal Service Delivery (LSD).
- Experience gathering and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working across multiple technology platforms and teams.
Nice To Haves
- Experience implementing or supporting ServiceNow Legal Service Delivery (LSD).
- Experience implementing and supporting technical solutions for Legal organizations.
- Experience with AI, automation, and technology-driven initiatives.
- Experience working in a global matrix organization.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) and/or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).

Responsibilities
- Configure, develop, and support ServiceNow applications, workflows, automations, and platform enhancements.
- Build and maintain integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, APIs, MCP, and other modern integration technologies.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and platform configurations.
- Complete deployments and testing while adhering to ServiceNow development standards.
- Provide application level 1 and 2 support, troubleshooting, and technical documentation.
- Partner with product managers, developers, and business and technology teams to deliver business value.
- Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and technical challenges throughout delivery and support activities.
- Drive continuous improvement through automation, AI capabilities, and platform optimization.
