Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience working in the ServiceNow platform.
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in leading workshops, requirements gathering, process definition, process improvement and re-engineering.
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience developing requirements documentation, project artifacts, process documents and creating user stories.
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience identifying how to meet business requirements using ServiceNow.
- Bachelor's degree (in Business or IT related field preferred) or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If associate’s degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
Nice To Haves
- ITIL v4 Managing Professional or Strategic Leader Certification
- Agile Scrum Product Owner Certification
- ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) and any additional ServiceNow certifications.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills both verbal and written and presentation and facilitation skills.
- Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint)
- Extensive experience in process management competencies.
- Agile Scrum Master certification
- Demonstrated ability in consulting engagements providing thought leadership to sponsors/stakeholders in solving business process and/or technical problems by focusing on providing options which identify the pros and cons of those options and the risks and impacts of each option.
Responsibilities
- Translates client requirements into functional designs, user stories, and solution specifications aligned with ServiceNow.
- Leads process workshops, facilitates stakeholder interviews, develops feature lists and user stories for Agile delivery, and provides guidance throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Acts as a trusted advisor, helping clients define future‑state service delivery processes while ensuring alignment to platform standards.
- Supports UAT and QA, collaborates with cross‑functional teams, and delivers value‑driven outcomes.
