ServiceNow Architect/Lead
About The Position
We are seeking a ServiceNow Architect or Senior Lead with hands-on implementation experience in the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will be experienced in integrating ServiceNow with upstream and downstream systems, possess strong knowledge of Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) spokes and mid-servers, and have experience with APIs for integrating the ServiceNow platform with other systems. This role involves translating business requirements into technical architecture and solution diagrams for approval and implementation, creating user stories with functional and clear acceptance criteria, and managing an onsite-offshore model, including client and offshore team management.
Requirements
- ServiceNow Architect or Senior Lead experience
- Hands-on implementation experience in ServiceNow platform
- Experience in integrating with upstream and downstream systems
- Strong knowledge on OOTB spokes and mid-server
- Experience in API to integrate ServiceNow platform with other systems
