About The Position

Senior CMDB Architect responsible for CMDB strategy, architecture, implementation, and optimization. The role will help rearchitect and enhance the CMDB ecosystem, improve data quality and operational efficiency, and establish scalable processes for managing large volumes of Configuration Items (CIs). The candidate will apply hands-on experience in CMDB design, governance, discovery, data modeling, and service mapping across enterprise environments. The position is based in Richardson, Texas, with a hybrid work arrangement; the posting also asks candidates to confirm whether they can work from any Infosys DC office.

Requirements

• ServiceNow CMDB certification is required.
• Experience in CMDB design and implementation.
• Experience with enterprise IT infrastructure management and business workflow development.
• Hands-on experience in CMDB design, governance, discovery, data modeling, and service mapping across enterprise environments.
• Deep knowledge of Asset Discovery, Service Mapping, and CI reconciliation processes.
• Experience managing discovery and CMDB data across hypervisors, network devices, storage infrastructure, and virtual machines.
