As a Senior Consultant, Technical Transformation on the ServiceNow platform team, you will be responsible for… Design, build, and maintain custom solutions within a self-hosted ServiceNow environment Develop scoped applications and configure platform components, including data models, flows, user interface experiences, and integrations Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs and configured solutions within the ServiceNow platform Apply ServiceNow development standards, scripting practices, and platform architecture principles across the application lifecycle Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support solution design, development, testing, and ongoing platform enhancements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required
- 3+ years of experience developing scoped applications within the ServiceNow platform
- 3+ years of experience configuring ServiceNow application components, including data models, flows, user experiences, and integrations
- 3+ years of experience scripting in ServiceNow using JavaScript
- 3+ years of experience supporting self-hosted ServiceNow environments
- 3+ years of experience translating business requirements into technical designs and configured solutions
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Ability to work onsite 100% of the time in Chantilly, VA
