About The Position

Experienced ServiceNow Developer responsible for designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions for global IT operations with a focus on automation, scalability, and integration, ITSM.

Responsibilities

Lead the technical design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, Service Catalog, Integrations.
Define development standards & coding guidelines.
Support Instance Upgrades , define Exclusions , ATF .
Build workflows, Customization, Configurations, Integrations.
Develop custom applications, workflows using Flow Designer and workflow editor, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, ACLs, script includes.
Configure ServiceNow forms, tables, catalogue items, and portals.
Build automations using Flow Designer, Connection and Credentials, scripted REST/SOAP APIs.
Design and implement complex ServiceNow integrations using: REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub spokes, OAuth 2.0 , SAML, Okta and Single Sign-On.
Integrate ServiceNow with third‑party platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, Active Directory).
Manage releases, upgrades, deployments.
Maintain documentation and compliance.
Drive ITSM automation and process optimization.
Work with business owners, process owners, and project managers to gather and validate requirements.
Translate business needs into technical specifications and ServiceNow solutions.
Communicate clearly with both technical and non‑technical audiences.
