About The Position

ApplyLogic is seeking a talented ServiceNow Administrator to join their team in Washington, DC. This position will support a complex government client by providing administration, configuration, and enhancement of the ServiceNow platform for enterprise IT services. The role involves maintaining ITSM workflows, CMDB integrity, and reporting capabilities within a mission-focused Federal environment. The work location is hybrid, with a mix of onsite and remote work. Candidates must be US citizens and able to obtain a Secret security clearance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow administration experience
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience working with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • ServiceNow ITSM modules and administrative functions
  • Flow Designer, business rules, UI policies, notifications, and dashboards
  • CMDB, asset management, and service catalog administration
  • Integrations with tools such as Active Directory, Intune, SCCM, or Discovery
  • Workflow automation, reporting, and continuous platform improvement
  • Documentation and change control practices for enterprise systems

Responsibilities

  • Configure and maintain ServiceNow workflows, SLAs, forms, UI policies, and catalog items
  • Support ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM administrative activities
  • Maintain CMDB data integrity and support integrations with enterprise tools
  • Develop dashboards, reports, filters, and service metrics
  • Support platform upgrades, enhancements, and operational improvements
  • Troubleshoot system issues and support user/admin requests
  • Assist with Knowledge Base, Service Catalog, and portal administration
  • Document configurations, standards, and support procedures
