About The Position

Stonebriar Auto Services is hiring full-time and part-time Service Writers, also called Customer Service Directors (CSDs), for Jiffy Lube Multicare in Troy, Alabama. The role involves conferring with guests to determine and recommend diagnostic and mechanical services needed for their vehicles. Work must be performed safely and efficiently while providing an outstanding guest-service experience and contributing to an energetic, fun working environment. A current, valid driver’s license is required. Previous experience in an automotive service environment is preferred but not required.
