This role involves overseeing service and warranty work orders, assisting with shop workflow, checking in equipment for repair, and assisting customers. Requirements

Familiarity with Outlook, Word, Excel, and the ability to learn new computer programs.
Excellent customer relations and communication skills.
Ability to perform at a high level in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
Mechanical aptitude is a plus.

Responsibilities

Ensure all service department work orders are opened, maintained, proofed, and closed in the most efficient way possible.
Provide an excellent experience for customers.
