About The Position

The Service Worker prepares and serves meals for patients at an assigned facility and ensures that facility rooms are clean and orderly. The Float Service Worker travels between facilities as needed to provide coverage. Community Bridges, Inc. is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient-centered medical home, medication-assisted treatment, and crisis services to people experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness.

Requirements

• A current, valid Arizona driver's license in good standing is required.
• A clear 39-month Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) is required.
• An Arizona Food Handlers card is required.
• A Level 1 Fingerprint Card is required for Women's and Children's programs and any additional facility where program requirements call for it.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Three to six months of food service or housekeeping experience preferred.
