About The Position

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient-centered medical home, medication-assisted treatment, and crisis services. The Service Worker prepares and serves meals for patients at the assigned facility and ensures that facility rooms are clean and orderly. The Float Service Worker travels between facilities as needed to provide coverage.

Requirements

• A current Arizona driver’s license in valid and good standing is required.
• A clear 39-month Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) is required.
• An Arizona Food Handlers card is required.
• A Level 1 Fingerprint Card is required for Women’s and Children’s programs and at additional facilities where required by program requirements.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 3–6 months of food service or housekeeping experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals for patients at the assigned facility.
• Ensure that rooms at the facility are clean and orderly.
• For float assignments, travel between facilities as needed to provide coverage.
